BEWARE OF THOSE WHO COME TO YOU WITH A DIFFERENT GOSPEL!!    JESUS CHRIST (YESHUA) SAID HE IS THE ONLY MEDIATER  BETWEEN GOD AND MAN. THERE IS NO CHURCH OR ORGANISATION THAT SHOULD COME BETWEEN YOU AND GOD, CULTS ARE THOSE WHO BRING  DIFFERENT TEACHINGS AND TRY TO CONTROL THEIR MEMBERS SOMETIMES BY BRAINWASHING THEM TO BELIEVE THEIR WAY IS THE ONLY WAY. THEIR INTENTIONS MAY SEEM GOOD AND THE MEMBERS CAN BE VERY LOVING, MORAL AND DECENT PEOPLE BUT DO THEY  SERVE GOD OR MAN??

Jehovah's Witnesses

Most of us have had Jehovah's Witnesses on the doorstep. Some get angry with them but others feel that they are nice people and are just another Christian denomination. We agree that most are nice, we also believe however that they have been deceived and need to know the truth about the Society that they are in. The problem comes in trying to show them as most are under some form of control.

Some Main Teachings

Jehovah's Witnesses believe that they are the only true church and that the Governing Body is the only group that God speaks through today. There are few biblical doctrines that have been left untouched by the Watchtower Society over the years, and even the Bible they use has been 'doctored.'

Conclusions

An independent investigation of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society clearly shows that they have tampered with the Bible, made false prophecies and have acted in an authoritarian manner towards many in the organisation. Their 'fruits' show that they are not the group that they claim to be.

The Latter-day Saints (Mormons)

The stereotype picture of Mormons is two smartly dressed men with American accents calling at your door. But is the message that they bring true? Can they really give anyone a life-changing experience now and a certainty of a future in eternity?

Some Main Teachings

Many people believe Mormons to be just another Christian denomination but is this true? They believe that the Book of Mormon is more reliable than the Bible, Joseph Smith is as important as Jesus Christ, and that someone must be baptised for your dead relations to give them any hope of eternal life. Many Mormons will disagree with these statements especially that Joseph Smith is as important as Jesus. However we believe the evidence is in their own literature.

Conclusions

The evangelical Christian believes that the Bible clearly shows Mormonism to be false. There is no way that you can believe that the Bible and the Book of Mormon are both true. For example, the Bible clearly shows that pagans baptised for the dead, not Christians. The Bible also shows that it is Jesus Christ who judges not Joseph Smith.

The Christadelphians

Some members of the Christadelphians have moved away from the traditional teachings of their group which were clearly different from mainstream understanding of the Scriptures. However, many still accept a way of salvation that is contrary to the true one. Although small in number, you will find many who will defend their beliefs with great tenacity.

Some Main Teachings

Some of the original beliefs that are still accepted by many include: the need to add to the doctrine of salvation by faith - outward works become vital. Jesus Christ did not exist in the heavens before being born of Mary. Hell and the devil are not real.

Conclusions

We believe that the very Bible that the Christadelphians use shows the error of these teachings. The devil has been a liar from the beginning and the biggest lie is that he does not exist.
